Turnaround is confirmed when you book. It depends on package size and current order volume. If you have a hard deadline (baby shower, announcement), tell us at booking.

Reasonable adjustments may be available depending on package and stage of delivery. Ask on WhatsApp before paying if you need a revision policy for your order. Unlimited free revisions are not implied unless we confirm them in writing for your booking.

Yes for personal, non-commercial use (social posts, family prints, baby journals). Commercial licensing, resale as stock, or claiming the work as a traditional photoshoot without AI disclosure where required is not allowed unless we grant written commercial rights.

No. For maternity sets, video is optional at +Rs 999. Pre-wedding Dream Pack and Royal Pack already include a cinematic reel.

Dream Pack (Rs 1,999): 10 photos + 30-45s reel, 3 locations, 1 free revision, 24-hr delivery.
Royal Pack (Rs 2,499): 20 photos + 45-60s reel, 5 locations, 2 free revisions, priority processing. These are our pre-wedding cinema packages (also on eternalknot.shop).
