4. Sharing

Order chats and source/result images may be retained for a limited period for revisions, disputes, and records, then deleted or de-identified on a reasonable schedule, or earlier on verified request where legally allowed and technically practical.

7. Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures. No method of transmission is 100% secure. Prefer not to send sensitive documents unrelated to the portrait service.

This service is not directed at children under 18 as buyers. Do not send images of minors without lawful guardian authority.
9. Marketing use of results
We will not publish identifiable client work in ads without your consent. If we ask to feature your results, you may refuse without affecting your order.
