Terms of Service
By messaging us to book or by paying for a package, you agree to these Terms.
1. Service nature
You purchase digital AI-assisted maternity creative images (and optional video), not an in-person photoshoot or physical studio session, unless separately agreed in writing.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18+ and have authority to provide the photos used. By sending photos of another person, you confirm you have their consent and any rights needed.
3. Packages & pricing
Current listed products (may be confirmed again on WhatsApp at booking):
- AI Maternity Starter — 4 photos — ₹499
- AI Maternity Popular — 10 photos — ₹999
- AI Maternity Premium — 15 photos — ₹1,199
- Maternity video add-on — 1 video — +₹999
- Dream Pack (pre-wedding) — 10 photos + 30–45s reel — ₹1,999 (₹500 advance)
- Royal Pack (pre-wedding) — 20 photos + 45–60s reel — ₹2,499 (₹500 advance)
If WhatsApp confirmation differs from a webpage, the WhatsApp confirmation for your order controls.
4. Your content
You warrant you own or have rights/consent to the photos you send and that they do not violate law or third-party rights. No illegal, abusive, non-consensual, or harmful content. We may refuse or cancel orders that violate this.
5. Results
AI output may vary. We aim for flattering maternity styling and good likeness from suitable inputs but do not guarantee celebrity-style results or perfect anatomical accuracy. See also our AI Disclaimer.
6. Licence
On full payment and delivery, you receive a non-exclusive personal-use licence for the final files (social sharing, family prints, personal albums). Resale, stock use, or commercial brand campaigns require written permission.
7. Payment
Pay only via instructions shared on our official WhatsApp chat (+91 92174 47876). Keep payment proof until delivery is complete.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EternalKnot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot waive under mandatory consumer law.
9. Governing law
Laws of India. Disputes subject to courts/tribunals of competent jurisdiction in India (venue as applicable to our place of business), without limiting mandatory consumer protections.
