These terms apply to Krishna Gyaan: Bhakti & Seva, published by EternalKnot.
The service
Krishna Gyaan offers devotional seva, guided rituals, mala jap, Tirth Darshan, Granth audio, devotional media and AI-generated reflections. Content and feature availability may change.
Accounts
You can use anonymous guest sign-in or Google Sign-In. Phone-number sign-in is not offered. Protect access to your account. Anonymous data may become inaccessible after clearing app data or reinstalling; linking a Google account helps preserve your account and purchases across devices.
Ads, purchases and subscriptions
The app is free to download. Users may optionally purchase Swarn Mudra consumable packs or subscribe to Krishna Gyaan Premium via Google Play Billing. Krishna Gyaan Premium includes a 3-day free trial followed by auto-renewing monthly billing at ₹199/month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or current billing period. Cancel or pause anytime with the in-app Cancel and Pause buttons in Wallet or Profile → Account & Permissions; both open Google Play Subscriptions, where you complete the change. You keep Premium until the current trial or billing period ends. Pausing stops future billing while Google Play's pause remains active. Active trial and subscription devotees receive 100% zero-ad access across the entire app. Consumable Swarn Mudra packs (50 Mudra for ₹29, 110 Mudra for ₹49) and Rudrabhishek Seva passes (₹99) never expire and are non-refundable once consumed. Ad-supported devotees may watch optional rewarded ads to earn credits or access selected features.
AI and devotional content
Gyaan AI provides generated, scripture-inspired reflections. Responses may be wrong or incomplete and do not represent literal speech from a deity or authoritative scripture interpretation. The app is not a substitute for medical, mental-health, legal or financial advice. Use the reporting option for problematic AI content.
Responsible use
Do not misuse accounts, payment or reward systems, interfere with the service, or generate illegal, abusive or harmful content. We may restrict access to address misuse. Respect the rights associated with devotional media; availability in the app does not grant unrestricted redistribution rights.
Privacy and deletion
Our privacy policy describes data processing. You can request deletion from Profile or use our public account-deletion request page. Ownership is verified before an administrator completes deletion. Deleting an account does not cancel Krishna Gyaan Premium; use the in-app Cancel or Pause buttons, which open Google Play Subscriptions.
Availability and responsibility
We work to maintain the service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Use the app’s devotional practices at a pace appropriate for you.
