Please read these terms before using Krishna Gyaan. By downloading or using the app, you agree to them.
1. About the app
Krishna Gyaan is an AI companion app that offers reflection prompts, Bhagavad Gita content, and AI-generated conversation inspired by Krishna's teachings. It is published by EternalKnot ("we", "us", "our").
2. Not professional advice
Krishna Gyaan provides spiritual and motivational content for general wellbeing and reflection. It is not a substitute for professional medical, mental health, legal, or financial advice. If you are in crisis or experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency services immediately.
3. Accounts
You may need to sign in with Google or your phone number to use certain features. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
4. Credits, wallet & subscriptions
- The app may offer free daily messages, credits earned through reward videos or referrals, and paid subscriptions or credit packs.
- Paid purchases are processed via Google Play Billing and are subject to our Refund Policy.
- We may adjust free-message limits, credit costs, or subscription pricing going forward; changes will not retroactively remove credits you already hold.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the app to generate or share content that is illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or intended to harass or harm others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, including based on reports reviewed through our in-app reporting system.
6. AI-generated content
Responses are generated by an AI system and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or not reflect authoritative scripture interpretation. Use your own judgment, and treat responses as reflective prompts rather than definitive religious or scholarly authority.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its design, and original content are owned by EternalKnot. Bhagavad Gita text used within the app is traditional public-domain scripture; our summaries, explanations, and app experience are our own work and may not be copied or redistributed without permission.
8. Termination
You may stop using the app and request account deletion at any time (see our Privacy Policy or our Account Deletion page). We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, EternalKnot is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, including reliance on AI-generated guidance.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
