How Krishna Gyaan (operated by EternalKnot) collects, uses, and protects your information.
1. Who we are
Krishna Gyaan is an AI companion app published by EternalKnot ("we", "us"). Contact us at support@eternalknot.shop or via the in-app support option.
2. Information we collect
- Account details via Google Sign-In or phone number authentication (name, email or phone number)
- Chat messages you send to the app, used to generate responses and maintain your conversation history
- Usage data such as message counts, credit/wallet balance, and subscription status
- Journal entries and saved items you choose to store (Karma Journal, Saved Wisdom)
- Payment confirmation data via Google Play Billing — we do not store your card or UPI details ourselves
- Basic device and diagnostic information to keep the app working reliably
3. How we use it
- To provide chat responses and personalise guidance
- To maintain your free-message limits, wallet balance, and any active subscription
- To operate referral and reward-video features you choose to use
- To review content flagged through in-app reporting, for safety purposes
- To improve the app based on aggregate, non-identifying usage patterns
4. Third-party services we use
We rely on the following processors to operate the app:
- Firebase (Google) — authentication and data storage
- Groq — generating chat responses
- Google Play Billing — processing payments and subscriptions
- Ad and reward-video partners, where you choose to watch a reward ad for credits
These providers process data under their own privacy policies and only to the extent needed to deliver the feature.
5. Data retention
We retain your chat history, journal entries, and account data for as long as your account is active, so that features like Saved Wisdom and Karma Journal work as expected. You can request deletion at any time — see Section 7, or visit our Account Deletion page.
6. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with the processors listed above, or where required by law.
7. Your choices
- You can edit or delete individual journal entries and saved items from within the app
- You can request full account and data deletion in-app via Settings → Delete Account, or by visiting our Account Deletion page, or by emailing support@eternalknot.shop — we will action this within 30 days
- You can stop using the app and revoke Google Sign-In access at any time from your Google Account settings
8. Children
Krishna Gyaan is intended for general audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Security
We use industry-standard safeguards (authenticated APIs, encrypted transport, and access-controlled storage) to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
