This form requests deletion of a Google-linked or anonymous guest account in Krishna Gyaan: Bhakti & Seva, published by EternalKnot.

For faster ownership verification, open this page from Krishna Gyaan → Profile → Account & Permissions → Request Deletion. You may also submit without the app.

Required when the form was not opened through the app.
Required for requests made outside the app so we can verify ownership. It does not change your sign-in email.

What happens next

  1. Your request appears in the secure Krishna Gyaan admin panel.
  2. If ownership was not verified through the app, support will contact you at the email supplied above.
  3. After verification, an authorized administrator completes deletion. Requests are handled within 30 days.

Submitting this form does not immediately sign you out or delete the account. You may continue using the app until deletion is completed. Deleting an account does not cancel Krishna Gyaan Premium. Cancel or pause first from Wallet or Profile → Account & Permissions (both open Google Play Subscriptions), or manage it at Google Play Subscriptions.

What is removed

Your Firebase sign-in account, profile, stored Gyaan AI conversations, saved wisdom, journal and mood entries, synced Bhakti progress, wallet and credit history, referral-code ownership records, ad-reward sessions and your content reports are removed from active app storage. Unused credits and progress cannot be recovered.

What may remain

Files exported to your phone, shared copies and downloaded devotional media remain on your device or with their recipients. Referral rewards already credited to another account are not reversed. A pseudonymous deletion reference and limited security/support/administrator audit records may be retained where needed to prevent misuse, prove completion, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations; the request email and comment are removed when deletion completes.
