Delete Your Account
You can delete your Krishna Gyaan account and data at any time, either in-app or by request.
1. Delete in-app (recommended)
Open Krishna Gyaan, go to Settings → Account → Delete Account, and confirm. This immediately deactivates your account and queues your data for deletion.
2. Delete by request
If you can't access the app, email support@eternalknot.shop from the address linked to your account (or include the phone number you signed up with) and ask us to delete your account. We'll confirm and complete the request within 30 days.
3. What gets deleted
- Your profile and sign-in details (name, email or phone number)
- Your chat history and Karma Journal entries
- Saved Wisdom bookmarks
- Wallet/credit balance and referral data
4. What we may retain
We may retain limited records where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, Google Play transaction records), even after your account is deleted. These are kept only as long as legally required and are not used for any other purpose.
5. Timeline
In-app deletion requests are processed immediately for account access, with underlying data removed from our active systems within 30 days. Backups that include your data are purged on our normal backup rotation schedule.
