Refund Policy
Applies to credit packs and subscriptions purchased inside the Krishna Gyaan app.
1. Purchases via Google Play Billing
If you purchased a subscription or credit pack through Google Play, refunds are handled under Google Play's own refund rules. You can request a refund directly from Google Play within the eligible window, or manage/cancel your subscription from the Google Play app under Subscriptions.
2. Subscription cancellation
You can cancel an active subscription at any time from within the app or from your Google Play Subscriptions page. Cancelling stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period.
3. Non-refundable usage
Once AI credits have been used to generate responses, that portion of a credit pack is non-refundable, as the service has already been delivered.
4. How to request a refund
Email us at support@eternalknot.shop with your account email/phone and the Google Play transaction ID. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
5. Disputes
If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact us before raising a chargeback with your bank or Google Play — this lets us resolve it faster.
